The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324,3 07, 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.417 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that, due to previous enmity, the petitioners along with other accused assaulted the defacto complainant using deadly weapons, due to which, the deceased sustained grievous injuries and got admitted in the hospital. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he seeks for anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that injured person is still taking treatment as inpatient in hospital. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory
bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners and also considering that injured person has not yet discharged from the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
