O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the only relief he now seeks in the present matter is that the planning permission sought for demolition and re-construction submitted on 26.04.2012 (page 7 of the typed set) be disposed of within four (4) weeks from today. This is acceptable to the learned counsel for the Corporation who states that the amount required to be deposited by the petitioner would be indicated within this period of time and if the application is otherwise in order, on payment of amount, the planning permission will be issued soon thereafter.

2.The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.

3.The interim order enuring for the benefit of the petitioner would continue to so enuring till the aforesaid process is completed. But if the petitioner fails to pay the amount within the time stipulated, the interim order would stand vacated. M.P.No.1 of 2012 is, accordingly, disposed of.
