ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the LCO granted to the third respondent, who is the petitioner's own brother in law, in LCO No.50779.

2.This Court is not able to entertain this writ petition for the reason that when the petitioner is praying for cancellation of the LCO granted in favour of the third respondent, she has to question the correctness of the said order which has not been done. Without even producing a copy of the LCO granted in favour of the third respondent, she cannot come to this Court seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a prayer for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to cancel the LCO granted to the third respondent in LCO No.50779. Therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is also dismissed.
