ORDER

The scope of the review is very limited only in respect of the rate of interest that has been allowed in the order.

2. In the order of the writ petition dated 19.01.2024, the interest has been fixed at the rate of 13.5%. The learned counsel for the petitioner / third respondent submitted that it is beyond the statutory interest limit and hence it should be reviewed by reducing the same. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is also reasonable in accepting the statutory interest as 10% p.a.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the financial constraints, I feel the petitioner shall limit the interest fixed at 10%.

4. In view of the above observations, this Review Petition is disposed. No costs.
