2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8468 of 2025, dated 09.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30am., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
