5 BLOCK EDUCATIONAL OFFICER MANAMELKUDI BLOCK, PUDIKKOTTAI - 614620 Petitions praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)Grant an interim stay against the 2nd respondents impugned circular No.1 dated 31.05.2018 and circular No. 2 in proceeding Na.Ka.No.007708/D1/2018 dated 01.06.2018(in WMP.No.16773/2018);

(ii)Direct the respondents not to promote to the post of headmasters in the Middle School in Manamelkuei Union and Pudukkottai, District (in WMP.No.16774/2018); (iii)Grant an interim stay against the 2nd respondents impugned web side of circular No.1 dated 31.05.2018 and web side of circular No. 2 in proceeding Na.Ka.No.007708/D1/2018 dated 01.06.2018(in WMP.No.16776/2018);

(iv)Direct the respondents not to promote to the post of headmasters in the Middle School in Kalaiyarkovil Union and Devakottai Union Sivagangai district, (in WMP.No.16777/2018) pending disposal of the above WP.Nos.14207 to 14208/2018 respectively.

Order: These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- As the Writ Petitions have got to be heard and only thereafter, the relief can be granted, this Court is not inclined to grant the reliefs sought for by the petitioners in these WMPs.
