COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in petitioners' name in respect of the house site which is in their possession measuring an extent of 3 cents in S.No.156 of Mamandur Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

Heard Mr.R.Ezhilarasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.

All the writ petitioners submitted their respective applications for issuance of Patta for their respective portion of land which is in their possession and enjoyment. On receipt of the same, the third respondent issued summons to all the petitioners and the enquiry is under progress. 4.

Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass orders on their respective petitions, after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
