ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120(b)of IPC in Crime No.168 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested on 05.03.2021 and remanded to judicial custody.
3.In view of the above development, nothing further survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
