ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the Revision petitioners from surrendering in respect of the conviction and sentence dated 20.02.2025 passed in C.A.No.226/2023 imposed against the Revision petitioners by the Learned XVI Additional District and Sessions Court, Chennai by reversing the Judgment of acquittal in CC.No.705/2018 on the file of the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai dated 10.02.2021.

2. In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10709 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025, granting suspension of sentence, no further order is necessary in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
