This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.25 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is implicated as accused in Cr.No.25 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of I.P.C. He is in judicial custody from 18.05.2023. Thus, he seeks bail.

3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner along with other accused had snatched 9 sovereigns of gold chain of the defacto-complainant at about 5.30 a.m. on 31.01.2023, near Perambur Bharathi Road Junction. Petitioner has four previous cases pending against him.

4.Considering the nature of the offence and the fact that petitioner is having four previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
