Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take suitable legal action against the 2nd respondent herein for the unauthorized construction at Plot No.2, comprised in Survey No.66/2C2, 66/2C1, 66/2C2A2 at Kattankulathoor Village, Maraimalai Nagar, Municipal Limit, Kanchipuram District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2018 given to the 1st respondent on a date fixed by this Hon'ble Court so as to take the appropriate legal action to stop all further unauthorized 1/4
