This application has been filed to pass an order of appointment of Mr.D.Dinesh Kumar, Collection-Receivables of the applicant company as receiver to seize the movables items.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the parties have settled their dispute before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras. To that effect, they have filed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 13.03.2020.
