Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to take necessary action against the 6th respondent with regard to not providing necessary help to the petitioner to lead her daily life at her 71 years of age for which she has made a representation dated 29.01.2018 to the fourth respondent.

ORDER
The petitioner claims to be a widow, aged about 71 years, has approached the Revenue Divisional Officer, Head, Tribunal for Maintenance and Welfare for Senior Citizens, the fourth respondent herein and sought a direction to her son, the sixth respondent to pay a part of his salary towards her livelihood and to help medical assistance with a further request to get back her property from his son.
2.In this regard, she made a representation to the fourth respondent seeking maintenance. Finding no response, the petitioner is before this Court.
3.Since the petitioner's representation without being disposed of till date and she left alone as orphan, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the plight of the petitioner and to dispose of the same, after giving her notice, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, keeping in mind that the petitioner is a senior citizen and a widow, who lost her husband in the year 2014.
4.In view of the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
