This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her family members.

2. Though this application has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her family members, during the course of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

argument, when the Court raised a query as to who is in the possession of the land in question, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be sufficient if the respondent police enquires the complaint and take appropriate action.

3. Admittedly, there are two complaints pending in C.S.R.Nos.171 and 172 of 2018. Therefore, a direction is given to the second respondent to enquire into the above complaints and act in accordance with law.
