O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents by considering the representation dated 19.07.2021 and pass orders accordingly. 2.Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent 1 to 5 as well as perused the material available on records.

3. Having considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, it is seen that in the sub-division of the ancestral property of the petitioners herein, there is discrepancy in the UDR patta and hence, the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 19.07.2021 seeking for to survey their lands and correct the error in the UDR Patta issued by the authorities concerned. Despite the receipt of the said representation, the respondents have neither taken any action nor sent any reply on their representation so far. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation dated 19.07.2021 of the petitioners herein and pass appropriate orders within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law after perusing the revenue records.
