This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 74 days in filing a petition to restore the writ petition in W.P.No.20646 of 2016 which has been dismissed for non prosecution.

2. As the learned counsel for the petitioner had to attend his ailing mother, he was not able to able to attend the Court and his absence is only due to above bonafide circumstances. Hence, seeks to condone the delay and restore the Writ Petition.

3. Having regard to the nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with the petition and in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner to agitate his rights, this petition is Ordered as prayed for.

4. Fresh notice to the fourth respondent returnable by 28.10.2022. Private notice is also permitted.
