This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13793 of 2022 vide order dated 15.06.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that charge sheet is filed and taken on file in S.C.No.108 of 2022 on the file of the learned PDJ, Villupuram.

3. In the said circumstances and having satisfied with the reasons stated, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed, however with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court on the date of hearings without fail.
