The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a 2/7

certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned transfer order issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.004634/I1/2025 dated 16.05.2025 and the consequential impugned order issued by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.349/A1/2025 dated 16.05.2025 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to re-conduct the transfer counselling for the post of Block Educational Officer in strict compliance to the proceedings of 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.004634/I1/2025 dated 06.05.2025 or in the alternative to pass order for transfer and posting the petitioner to the post of Block Educational Officer either in Sulagiri Union or Thalli Union as per the seniority.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would vehemently object the transfer order on various grounds, more specifically, such transfer order has not followed the guidelines provided by the respondents. He would further submit that without going into the merits of the case, seeking liberty to approach the respondents with representation for re-considering the transfer.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would vehemently object the contentions raised by the 3/7

learned counsel for the petitioner. It is the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader that except this petitioner no other individual has challenged their transfer. Therefore, she would prayed to dismiss this writ petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Though the petitioner challenged the transfer, now that he seek only the liberty to give representation. In view of such restricted prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court would like to give liberty to the petitioner to give a representation to the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the second respondent is directed to dispose such representation and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
