Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the prospectus issued with the Application for MBBS/BDS admission 2008-2009 by the 1st respondent and quash the Column 14(i) of the same and direct the 2nd respondent herein to include grand son / grand daughter also in Column 14 (i) of the Prospectus and to entertain the application of the daughter of the petitioner Miss.R.Nithya in Application Registration No.05526 and Special Application No.0082 for the admission into MBBS/BDS Course for the year 2008-2009.
