This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai at 10.30 a.m. on all working days until further orders imposed by this Court Crl.O.P.No.5397 of 2023 by order dated 07.03.2023 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
