would submit that the suit was decreed in favour of the plaintiff by judgment dated 27.03.2024 and the downloaded copy of the judgment is circulated.

3. The present revision petition is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in I.A.No.1 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022. As the suit was disposed of on merits and nothing survives for adjudication, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of accordingly. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
