J.NISHA BANU,J., AND M.JOTHIRAMAN ,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

C.M.P.No.12775 of 2025 filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioners to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 25.07.2025.

4. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 28.07.2025, if the same is otherwise in order.
