ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought in this writ petition has now become infructuous. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 13.03.2023 msm 2/4
