This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 21.06.2024 issued by the 2 nd respondent inviting nominations from the elected members of the Executive Committee, and consequently, restraining the 2 nd respondent from conducting election to be held on 13.07.2024. 2.Now, it is stated by the learned counsel on either side that the elections have been conducted and a suit has also been filed in that regard. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
