The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a mandamus to direct the first respondent to grant appropriate marks to the petitioner for the NEET UG 2025 examination at Test Centre No.4101306 of the sixth respondent, applying the formula in terms of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Disha Panchal & Ors. v. Union of India, W.P. (C) No.551/2018, or in any other manner deemed appropriate by this Court, or alternatively, direct the first respondent to conduct the reexamination for the petitioner along with the said other affected candidates.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the fault on the part of the invigilators, there was a delay of 15 minutes in allowing the petitioner to write the NEET-UG 2025 examination, and no compensatory time was given.

3. The learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the first respondent would submit that they considered the petitioner's representations dated 05.05.2025, 09.05.2025, and 21.05.2025 on merits and in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Solicitor General-I appearing for the first respondent, the learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the second respondent and the learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above submission, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.05.2025, 09.05.2025, 16.05.2025 and 21.05.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law on or before 18.06.2025 from today.
