This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the respondents 5 to 7 herein in the place of the deceased 4th respondent and rank them as the respondents 5 to 7 in the above W.P.No.29394 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no serious objections to substitute the proposed respondents in the main petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in W.P.No.29394 of 2016.
