Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh Standing Counsel (in 4 WPs) COMMON ORDER The writ petitions have been filed seeking a direction for the payment of additional security deposit amounting to Rs.1,41,45,515/-, Rs.13,49,986/-, Rs.18,02,575/- and Rs.34,17,789/- in six equal installments respectively, along with regular current consumption charges.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners refers to and relies upon an earlier order passed in W.P.No.19524 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025 in this connection.
3. Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the respondents.
4. The petitioners have placed on record earlier order passed in W.P.No.19524 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025, permitting the payment of additional security deposit in six equal monthly installments. Likewise, in this case, the petitioners are permitted to pay the additional security deposit of Rs.1,41,45,515/-, Rs.13,49,986/-, Rs.18,02,575/- and Rs.34,17,789/- in six equal monthly installments respectively. The first installment shall be paid on or before 20.06.2025 and the subsequent installments shall be paid on or before the first of each succeeding month over the next five months. In the event of default, the petitioner shall lose the benefit of this order and the respondents shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in respect thereof. Page No.5 of 8
