(Crime No.434/2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the the condition that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Para No.4 of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6293 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13275 of 2020 in Crime No.434 of 2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6293 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13275 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6293 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13275 of 2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
