O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.85 of 2021 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge at Coimbatore.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 02.09.2024, I called for a report from the learned Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of the said suit. The learned IV Additional District Judge has submitted a report stating that issues have to be framed and trial has to be commenced and therefore, she requests three months time to dispose of the suit, if both the parties extend their co-operation.

3. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned IV Additional District Judge at Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.85 of 2021 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands ordered. No costs. 2/4
