ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5389 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11663 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. On the 1st working day of every month at10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5389 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11663 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
