The delay is of 3274 days. These petitions are contested by the claimants.

Learned Advocate General has appeared on behalf of the State Authorities. It is submitted that the authorities have taken the corrective measures and the concern shown by the Court as reflected in the orders dated 16.12.2021, 22.12.2021 and 05.01.2022 are also kept in view by the State. Reference is also made to the averments in the C.M.P.No.389 of 2022 and order passed thereon dated 11.01.2022. In view of these submissions made by the learned Advocate General, we deem it proper not to stretch the matter further.

Accordingly, delay is condoned and these petitions are allowed.
