Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order dated 08.11.2024 directing the parties to advance the arguments, considering the fact that the dispute are amongst the partners and only one partner viz., the first respondent is not agreeable for any settlement, whereas, all the partners are agreeable for settlement, the matter may be once again referred to Mediation Centre.

2. In view of the submission, the matter is referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to High Court, Madras and the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to High Court, Madras on 11.12.2024 along with their respective counsels.

3. The Mediation Centre shall appoint a Senior Mediator and the Senior Mediator shall mediate the dispute between the parties and shall file a Report before this Court on or before 21.12.2024.

List the matter on 02.01.2025.
