ORDER

(1) Learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter dated 25.09.2023 to the Registrar [Judicial] seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. Necessary endorsement has also been made in the petition to that effect.

(2) In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. (3) In view of the same, the stay granted by this Court in WMP.No.22765/2018 stands vacated and WMP.No.22765/2018 stands dismissed and the miscellaneous petition filed in WMP.No.7105/2019 to vacate the interim order is allowed. No costs.
