O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5724 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13368 of 2020 by order dated 25.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5724 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13368 of 2020 by order dated 25.09.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
