Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a suitable direction tot he respondents to pay 50 percent of the pension amount calculating from the date joining of the petitioner that is from 1977 along with present pension amount pending WP.No.20889 of 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.V.VENKATASESHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The issue with regard to enhancement of pension, but the respondent already settled the terminal benefits to the petitioner.
