ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.11.2020 for the offence punishable under Section 6 of POCSO Act and under Section 5(1)(a)(i) of ITP Act, under Section 370(4) of IPC, under Section 17 read with 6 of POCSO Act and under Section 4, 5(1)(a)(i) of ITP Act, in Crime No.18 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the third bail application filed before this Court..The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had pushed the minor victim girl into prostitution. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 23.11.2020. He further submitted that based on the confession of coaccused, he was falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that earlier two bail applications were dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.6236 and 9798 of 2021 and there is no change of circumstances. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and earlier bail applications were dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
