Vide order dated 13.07.2023 made in WP.No.5840 of 2016, this Court had disposed of the main writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to deposit the remaining amount to the tune of Rs.75,000/- each of the workmen to the credit of I.D.Nos.95 to 105 of 2003. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the said condition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in sub clause (i) of the paragraph 7 of the order dated 13.07.2023, inadvertently a typographical error has crept in wherein it is stated that, Hence, the petitioner is directed to deposit the remaining amount to the tune Rs.75,000/- to each workmen to the credit of I.D.Nos.95 to 105 of 2003, Labour Court Kancheepuram III Additional Labour Court, Chennai within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, instead of III Additional Labour Court, Chennai, which requires to be modified. 1/4

After perusing the order dated 13.07.2023, more specifically,sub clause (i) of the para-7, this Court is satisfied and, accordingly, sub clause (i) of the para-7 of the order dated 13.07.2023 in respect of the deposit of the amount is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit the remaining amount to the tune Rs.75,000/- to each workmen to the credit of I.D.Nos.95 to 105 of 2003, III Additional Labour Court, Chennai.

4. Further, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

5. In view of the above, these Writ Miscellaneous petitions stand ordered accordingly.
