(CRIME NO.554/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that they should report before the respondent police station on every day at about 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the case order dated 31.01.2020 passed in the bail order of this Hon'ble Court in CRL.O.P.No.1673 of 2020. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.BALAJI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 31.01.2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 31.01.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
