The Petitioner has on 29.07.2022 filed this Writ Petition contending that there has been no response for the application dated 04.01.2022 made by her seeking certain information from the First Respondent. 3.

In the Counter-Affidavit dated 21.09.2022 filed by the First and Second Respondents, it has been stated that by Office Letter No. Z.O.XVC. No. B3/00040/2022 dated 03.02.2022, the information sought by the Petitioner has been furnished to her by registered post despatched on 07.02.2022, even before 2/4

the filing of the Writ Petition and its copy has been produced. In view of the same nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs. 20.12.2023 Index: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 14.02.2024.
