The learned Official Assignee has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application seeking to condone the delay of 2880 days in filing an Application for discharge.

2.As seen from the affidavit filed in support of this application, the public examination got completed only on 04.01.2023. On this ground, this Application has been filed with the delay of 2880 days, which is neither willful nor wanton.
