ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 326, 307& 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.09 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to some previous enmity, there was some wordy quarrel between the parties and the petitioner. The petitioner along with other accused are said to have attacked the defacto complainant and caused grievous injuries and severed the hand of the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners did not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this is petitioner's second application and the petitioner's earlier application was dismissed by this Court on 03.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13085 of 2021. However, he opposed for grant of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and also considering the fact that after the dismissal of the earlier application, there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
