ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions imposed on the Appellant/Petitioner by this Court in Paragraph 7(b) of the Judgement in Crl..A.No.511 of 2026 dated 29.04.2024 that '' the Appellant shall appear before the Respondent Police every day at 10.30a.m., until further orders". 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the Appellant/Petitioner has been diligently complying with the conditions imposed by this Court with effect from 01.05.2026.

3. Considering the allegations and the nature of the offence, the condition in Paragraph No.7(b) imposed on the Petitioner/Appellant in Crl.A.No.511 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 is modified to the effect that " the Appellant/Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police Station once in 15 days i.e.,at

10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain intact.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 16-06-2026 VV To
