The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that certified copy of the impugned order was misplaced in the Auditor's office and hence, it is not possible to produce the same.

2.In that case an undertaking has to be given that the said order has not been used in the parallel proceedings before any other forum. However, it is open to the petitioner to get another certified copy and produce the same before the Court. Until then, the production of certified copy is dispensed with.
