When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/complainant submitted that in this case, before the trial court, the complainant was examined as PW1 and documents were marked as Exs.P.1 to P.21 and now the case is posted for cross examination.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the case is pending for trial, the petitioner may be permitted to raise all its defence raised herein before the trial court and this Criminal Original Petition may be closed.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his defence raised herein before the trial court. The learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur is directed to dispose the case in S.T.C.No.246 of 2020 pending on its file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this V.
