Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To suspend the sentence imposed in S.C.No.133 of 2015 by the Learned Mahila Court, Salem dated 11.06.2019 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.436 of 2019.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- When this Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
