This petition has been filed to transfer the entire case relating to FIR in Cr.No.18 of 2010 on the file of the 1st respondent and transfer the same to the 2nd respondent and directing the 2nd respondent to investigate the matter and file final report before the competent Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents represented that already charge sheet has been filed on 23.12.2014 in C.C.No.350 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Cuddalore.

4. In such circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner concedes that there is no further order is necessary in the matter.

5. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
