O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.33704 of 2013 states that the petitioner has passed away.

2.We noticed from the impugned order dated 05.12.2013 that the period for which it was in force had already elapsed and there were interim orders in favour of the petitioners. There is nothing on record to show that any fresh order has been passed.

3.We, thus, see no purpose in keeping these petitions alive, which are disposed of with liberty to any aggrieved person to file a fresh petition in case a similar order is passed. No costs.
