This petition is for condonation of delay of 62 days in filing the appeal.

2. Challenge in this appeal is made to the order dated 09.02.2022 recorded on O.A. No.412 of 2021 in C.S. No.223 of 2021.

This petition is contested by the respondents. It is contended that the petitioner was sitting on the fence and delay is not explained, therefore this petition be dismissed. 4.

We find prima facie that the explanation given by the petitioner is less satisfactory, however since two appeals arising from the same order have been considered by this Court being O.S.A. Nos.126 and 133 of 2022, let this appeal

also be heard on merits.
