This writ miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 1033 days in filing the petition to set aside the dismissal order dated on 18.09.2019 made in W.P.No.16357 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the petition to restore the main writ petition, if it is otherwise in order and list the same before this Court.
