This Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Accordingly, the condition imposed earlier is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall appear once before the Trial Court every month during the second week of Monday until further orders."
